Violet Dawi, an architecture designer and project coordinator, an Associate Member of the AIA (American Institution of Architects) and works closely with licensed architects and engineers, she studied Urban Planning (go matadors!) and Associates of Science in Construction management. Violet has simultaneously managed fire damage restoration + construction projects with a licensed general contractor for over 12+ years and knows what it takes to assess the condition of a property prior to designing. Her commitment to the development and enhancement of the urban environment has allowed her to provide consulting services to a wide range of projects. Before transitioning to the planning and construction industry, she worked in the art department of the production industry.

Bahram Badiyi, is the Director of architecture and principal in charge of design, a USC Master’s alumnus (go trojans!). With extensive experience in design and construction across institutional, commercial retail, and residential projects, Bahram has consistently delivered sophisticated and practical design solutions that are both iconic and functional. His portfolio includes the design of major buildings, both through collaborations with other architectural firms and his own practice. Bahram has been an educator since 1994 for various community colleges in the Los Angeles area. He was the Department Chair for the Architecture and Construction for the College of the Canyons from 2000 to 2003. He is the author of the Sustainable Construction Management program which is taught in Los Angeles Community Colleges. He received an award for the YMCA addition in Alhambra and recipient of many US and International awards.

J. Sobhani is a highly skilled and experienced licensed architect with a diverse background in the field. He holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Oklahoma (go Boomer Sooner!) and an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, which have provided him with a strong foundation in both design and technical aspects of the profession. Throughout his career, he has contributed to a variety of architectural firms, gaining invaluable expertise and insight, while also successfully managing his own independent architectural practice. Over the years, J. Sobhani has collaborated extensively with Bahram and Violet on numerous projects across Southern California, working together on a wide range of design and construction endeavors that showcase their combined talents and commitment to excellence.​​
